Private training & movement coaching

Let's work on your personal goals. We will design a custom training program specifically for you, providing tools, guidance and detailed feedback throughout our sessions.

My aim is to assist you in your practice and offer material and detailed feedback throughout the commitment. What we work on is up to you, depending on your individual goals and needs. I incorporate functional training, mobility, animal flow, meditation & breath work. Depending on the direction we can implement specific practices from house dance, capoeira, improvisation frameworks, floor work, yoga & specific asanas, inversions or soft acrobatics. My coaching is holistic, addressing not only physical training but also nutrition, daily routines, and how to best navigate life in harmony with your body.

Additional for the cycle of menstruation: we align with your menstrual cycle to ensure you’re always working in tune with your body’s rhythm.

Sessions can take place in a studio, at home or online.

  • single session: 75

  • 10 sessions (recommended for consistency, ideally weekly): 700

  • 2 sessions per month: 140€

Groupclasses

For yoga&movement I’m teaching group classes at multiply studio’s in Rotterdam. This has a variety from vinyasa, power yoga, breath work and hot flow.

In Delft I’m teaching regular house classes and offer intermediate courses at TU Delft University.

  • My experience with Noëlle was extremely informative. My goal was to improve my journey to handstand; I had practiced trying to master the pose for 2 years but saw no evidence of progression. From the beginning of the session she was able to identify what I needed in order to progress.
